Be creative and say “no” to monotonous walls in your office!

I thought that I have already experienced almost everything when it comes to different types of office space. I have been working in many offices. A few of them were located in big apartments. Often it was just a standard open space. I worked also in a small, gloomy room which was used as an office. Some of them didn’t have a kitchen, some of them didn’t even have separate resting room (it was a separate room on the staircase and shared with other office). However, I have worked also in highly chic office, where every single detail was carefully planned by expensive architect. All of those offices were totally different.

Nevertheless, when I think of them, they all have 1 common thing – walls. And when I say “walls” I don’t obviously think about just physical walls. I think about the method how these walls were decorated. In every office they were painted in plain. Additionally, walls were not only plain but usually also white or in another clear color. I didn’t mind that back then. I thought it just is supposed to be like that, that it is normal, that this is unthinkable to work in the office that has more colorful walls. But last Tuesday my friend has started her own company. It has a very small office but she invited me and a few other people to see this office when this was eventually ready. And can you guess what I have seen in this office? Amazing papers on the walls! When you woder about office wallpaper you probably also picture monotonous and uninterestng colors. . But she used exactly opposite!

Each wall had amazing, big picture on it. On the main wall, in the center of the office, there was a eiffel tower wallpaper. Next to this there were wallpapers with beautiful sun, flowers and green grass. As a result that, employees could feel like they sit on the lawn in Paris!A short time ago I made up my mind that if I will ever open my own company, I would use office wallpaper with such amazing photos on it. There are plenty of patterns. I became a big fan of this after discovering eiffel tower wallpaper, but there are tons of different pictures and patterns available. You can even create your own!
